GoBGP is an open source BGP implementation designed from scratch for a modern environment and implemented in a modern programming language, the Go Programming Language.

Support was added for Large BGP Communities specification version -04 through pull request 1094. The contribution was made by Wataru Ishida from NTT.

This means that a third implementation of Large BGP Communities is now available! Having multiple, easily accessible implementations is crucial for interoperability testing.
